(includes film through other stereo cameras like Kodak, Revere, Wollensak, TDC, etc, this format is also known as 5p, but it will also cut any film whose advance is based on a fixed amount of perforations). Features of this cutter:

This vintage item is still useable today.  Made out of durable plastic with a hinged top. You can use it to sort and store your film chips during stereo mounting.... The box has small compartments, labeled by the film chip number.  As you cut the film, you place the film chips in the appropriate compartment.  At the end, all the film chips are properly sorted and read to be mounted.  If you get interrupted, simple close the box and the film chips remain organized and free of dust.
Finally we have a pair of
tweezers
I use tweezers in my stereo mounting to manipulate the film chips, move the pins of the RBT mounts, etc, etc.  Very useful!
This is the most useful mounting kit, in my opinion, for today's stereo photographer. You cannot go wrong with this.
