Seadoo 293720047 Large Gauge Support, ABS 3D Printed Replacement Part

This is a 3D printed replacement part for the discontinued Seadoo Part Number 293720047 Large Gauge Support for Speedometer and Tachometer. Unfortunately the OEM parts are made from rubber that decays in the sun over time. I designed and made this for my 1998 Seadoo XP Limited, but I am sure it fits other models and years. As long as it calls for the OEM 293720047 rubber mount and the gauge has a threaded middle (and you have access to the back of the gauge) this should work to support the gauge in the dash. You can't buy a new replacement and used stuff is getting scarce. These get the job done and look nice.
If you are using these with my 293720005 3D printed small gauge mounts, ask me for different nuts I had to design for use with the two used side by side. The new nut is like a spanner nut, the old nut had wings that will hit the large gauge support.
This is a two piece set up. The gauge slides in a bezel that goes in the dash, sleeve and nut screw on the back of the gauge to hold behind the dash. To install, unhook wires from gauge, pull gauge out by pulling the rubber back around the gauge front, pull the gauge out of the rubber then remove the rubber. Slide the gauge in the bezel lining up the slot on the gauge, insert the bezel and gauge in dash, there is a little dimple on the top of the dash, line it up with bezel slot on top. Then the sleeve/nut screws on the back, push on nut to start so threads don't cross thread. Finger tight snug is good with the nut, no need to over tighten.
These are 3D printed with USA made ABS filament on glass plate with a raft. ABS is the same stuff the glue together model cars/trucks are made of. It is tuff, light, flexible and you can file, drill, tap, sand, model glue and spray paint ABS. Please let me know if you have any questions.
