Seadoo 291000300 Rear Intake Grill, 3D Printed Replacement Part

This listing is for one 3D printed replacement part for the discontinued Seadoo Part Number 291000300 Rear Intake Grill. I designed and made this for a 1996 Seadoo GTI, but I am sure it fits other models. This is a pretty good replacement and looks like the originals, only difference (besides being 3D printed) is it has ridges in the middle to add strength and support the louvers. These are made to use 10 x 1" stainless pan head sheet metal screws, you can also use 3/16 rivets.
Please be sure to knock out old rivets with pin punch and catch from dropping in the bottom of Seadoo hull before installing.
I now have these available in different colors, Black, Green and Purple. Black will ship. Please ask for different color.
These are 3D printed with ABS filament on glass plate with a raft. ABS is very strong and durable, you can file, drill, sand, model glue and paint ABS. Sanding and painting may be good for longevity, keeping out the elements and UV light on exposed plastic exterior. The two on our old GTI have gone several years now without any problems unpainted, holding up good. This is not an OEM part, but way better than a hole on the back of the machine.
