You are bidding on a beautiful dutch oven/casserole dish marked, Informal True China by Iroquoise, a Ben Seibel design. It is done in the sought after pattern, Rosemary. Measures 4-3/4" tall to the rim, 6" tall to the handle, 12-1/2" wide handle to handle by 10-5/16" in diameter.  This piece comes with the original pamphlet and the original heat guard that reads, use me with your Iroquoise Informal China for more effective cookmanship. Place me between burner and your Iroquoise informal fry pan, sauce pan or dutch oven, they are specifically designed for top of the stove use. Ill keep foods from sticking or burning, eliminate smoke stains, spread heat evenly. For best results, yeat and cool sliwly, never heat when empty, dont place hot utensils on cold surface.
