FANTASTIC ANTLER & SWAGGER STICK RIDING CROP STAFF COMPLETE WITH WAFTER

Antique Silver Collar Riding Crop, Stick with leather wafter.
With Attractive Deer Antler Handle, silver collar with markings, and woven leather over main stick, string on the lower 3" and the leather wafter.  Wafter is stamped Made in England, with LM Mercier on one side and 3 Colm R.?.A.S,C, on the other side.  Can't read the letter where I put a ?.  Not sure if LM Mercier is the owner or the manufacturer.  Guessing the date is early 1900's.
This is an exquisite piece and a gem for any collection.

Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. Original Unrestored Vintage Condition.  Selling as presented.  The string/cording at the bottom above the wafter could be restrung - all in tack, just the end string is not tightly glued.
Size approximately: Length is 24" and width at handle is 5.75"
