Narrowing down my animal and Christmas collectibles.  In the USA.
He is closest in color to first two photos. Rich deep colors.
This is a super adorable and rare baby otter figurine swimming on his back.
Such a cute face! Attention to details.
Glossy porcelain with Lion 1814 emblem and Hutschenreuther on the bottom.
Also has numbers impressed across the bottom too.
Appears to be the artist name as well?  U.NETESCH and 9216
