Anyone in the market for a super fun 2008 R56? Lots of mods, well taken care of, tons of upgrades!
It’s been a fun 10+ years but I don’t drive it enough to justify keeping it.
Mods off the top of my head:
AEM Cold Air Intake
AEM Front Strut Bar
Carbon Fiber Rear Strut Bar
Analog Boost gauge and water temp gauge in Alta gauge Pods. Water gauge not currently hooked up since I haven’t wanted to mess with coolant. Oil Temp gauge and oil pressure gauge test fitted but not hooked up either. I have all the adapters to install these and connect them to the engine.

Larger Intercooler
NM Engineering Turbo Noise Maker Delete
Go Fast Bits DV+ Diverter Valve
RPM Stage 2 Tune with overboost option (currently able to produce ~22lbs of boost)

156k Miles
New Water Pump and tensioner replaced last year.
New Alternator last summer.
New Battery last month.
Valve Cover replaced a few years ago.
Turbo replaced 5 years ago
Leaks a tiny amount of oil but nothing crazy.
Probably needs engine mounts as it pulls a bit to the right when on Wide Open Throttle.
Carbon Walnut Blast done 1 year ago.
Water/Meth Kit in hand, but not installed.
TONS OF EXTRA PARTS!
R56 Roof Racks, OEM Navigation Unit, Random other parts.
I have personally driven this car cross country a few times and I would absolutely drive it across county right now!
